Star Wars full rewatch #2: 17 May 2026:
Rewatch: Guys they made a movie out of Angry Birds Star Wars! I forgot how good this movie is just on it's own. The chemistry between the main three is so good they're all goated. They're all insane in this and I love it it's so unserious compared to what comes even directly after.

Star Wars full rewatch #5: 25 May 2026:
Rewatch: There should have been one more movie before this, if you took Tatooine out of this movie it would be better in my opinion. Put that in another movie and give Han some growth. As of now, his character, while good and well written/acted, doesn't feel like the same one who just got out of Episode V.
A few other notes,
-The Ewoks are fine, they don't seem to fit in the movie at times and they are a big part of it, but it's fine.
-Han barely does anything, which further adds to my "we needed another movie" view
-This movie has very high highs but its lows are definitely lower than A New Hope. For now at least, I do prefer A New Hope ever so slightly as it feels like a very coherent peice with maybe the best chemistry between the main actors in the whole series.
-I really undersold how good the stuff with Luke and Vader is in this. In my defense I haven't watched it since I was maybe 16 or 17.
